You must have administator rights in order for this to work

  • Click on the Start menu, and select "Printers and Faxes". This will bring up a windows which shows all printers available. Click on "Add Printer".
  • The "Welcome to the Add Printer Wizard" pops up. Click "Next".
  • Select "A network printer" and click "Next".
  • Select "Connect to a printer on the Internet" (note, only an admin user can select this option). For the URL, type in the following:

    http://aocpfsa.ad.nrao.edu/printers//.printer
