Registration for X-ray and Radio Connections

Your earlier pre-registration is not valid as a formal registration for the meeting. Registration is only a two step process for people resident in the USA, only 3 steps for non-US residents. You probably will want to follow this sequence:

1. IMPORTANT: If you need one, apply for a visa NOW ! General information provided by the "International Visitors Office of the National Academies" indicates that this needs to be done 3 months in advance for some non-US travelers coming to the USA and also for most European and AustralAsian travelers under the Visa Waiver Program who do not have a machine-readable passport. Also, some visas require a letter of invitation (check here). The meeting organizers cannot assume responsibility for any VISA problems.

2. Fully complete the meeting registration form (.pdf or .doc) and FAX it to NRAO (+1-505-835-7027).
   We can only accept MasterCard and VISA credit-card payments.
   
   early registration ($350) deadline: Monday 1 December 2003
   late registration ($400) deadline: Monday 5 January 2004
   As this meeting is mostly self-supporting, only a very limited amount of support in the form of fee waivers is available for students and postdocs, with priotity for those at US institutions. Send your request to xraydio@aoc.nrao.edu.
