In order to achieve the goals of the meeting and encourage discussion there are a limited number of talks and poster spots at the conference. Submit your late abstract(s) before the deadline of Monday 5 January 2004. More information will be sent to the presenters before the December Holidays.

Posters will be an integral part of the X-Ray and Radio Connections meeting. The organizers have gone to great length to make sure posters get maximum exposure. Why you should strongly consider bringing a poster to X-Ray and Radio Connections.

There is a limited number of 15 minute slots for contributed oral presentations. They are now all filled.

Proceedings from X-Ray and Radio Connections will be published on-line for several years at the meeting web page and permanently archived through ADS. This allows, in principle, unlimited use of color and no constraint on number of pages. Guidelines, latex templates and additional information are given here.
