Charge to the Review Committee:

1. Will the correlator, as modified with the new connectivity scheme, still comply with the Correlator specifications as described in section 8.2 of the EVLA Project Book?

2. Are the technical and scientific impacts of the new connectivity scheme thoroughly understood?

3. Does the new connectivity scheme restrict further expansion of the correlator?

4. What are the major risks from the new scheme, and are there adequate provisions to address them?

5. Are the budget and schedule impacts of the new connectivity scheme thoroughly understood?  If so, do the gains in budget, schedule, and capability outweigh the risks imposed by the new scheme?
