This memo describes the Flagger module in CASA as available from version 3.4 onwards. Section 1.1 gives an outline of the software implementation, section 1.2 lists the user-documentation for the flagdata, flagcmd tasks and the agentflagger tool (with some examples). Section 2 describes what various flagging modes do, with some examples and suggestions on how to use them. Section 3 contains a list of frequently-asked questions and their answers.
