ABSTRACT: We present the results of a time-series analysis of high resolution photometry covering 6 consecutive years. Some long-period variables already discovered by other authors are approved and are probably Miras or luminous blue variables. We also report on short period variables in the range of 3-10 days which give a clue to the actual masses and radii of the stars in the innermost parsec of our galaxy. In addition, we report on the results of a search for embedded objects in the galactic center, giving a hint on where these objects have formed and how old they are.
