Version 10.0
- Add eg24.key to demonstrate putting comments in 24 hour schedules
to help the people doing the dynamic scheduling choose alternate
start points, shifting scans before that point to the end of the schedule
(wrap). RCW Sept. 18, 2011.
- Make changes in Vex code and catalogs to support Mark5B better
on the EVN. Des Small Sep. 2011.
- Add the maximum settling time for stations in a pointing group
to the interval between pointing scans when doing
AUTOPEAK. This was related to a
request from Krichbaum in early 2011. Sep. 16, 2011 RCW.
- Add parameter PREEMPT to allow the user to protect certain
scans from preemption of PT and MK for EOP observations. For details,
see the section on PREEMPT.
- Add to the VEX if_def lines information about the receiver, the
LO to the receiver (as opposed to the IF converter), and the 50cm
filter. These are required for the new control system to set the
switches on the VLBA antenna. Using a comment is a kludge, but VEX
has no place for the information. Sept. 8, 2011.
- Add entries for the K band 7 feed receiver at the GBT. Also
change all the other receivers to the A,C IFs. Aug. 15, 2011 RCW.
- Allow the 528 MHz BBC setting for the PFB personality of the
RDBE. It will produce poor data, but is needed to get 16 unique
channels in one polarization as per user request. Aug. 12, 2011 RCW.
- Make sources in phase centers not case sensitive. July 22, 2011 RCW.
- Include a PGPLOT distribution with SCHED.
This is still somewhat of a work in progress. July 20, 2011. RCW.
- Improve the logic for the printing of frequency sets and
especially the printing of sets used for each source. July 19, 2011 RCW.
- Avoid problems with printing the .sum file when there are
too many setups. July 19, 2011 RCW.
- Fix flush.f (FLUXH) to backup over the EOF once it has read to the
end of file. GFORTRAN 4.6 was getting a run time crash. Reported by
Leonid Petrov. June 16, 2011. RCW.
- Make various changes to the code that generates the DELZN segments
to work better when there are only 2 stations and when there are a large
number of scans. mid June, 2011. RCW.
- Add pointers in the frequency sets and source summaries in the .sum
file so that it is possible to relate a source to a frequency. Useful when
trying to see what DOPPLER has selected for frequencies when there are
several sources. May 17, 2011 RCW.
- Add some GBT setups that match the IF range (possibly with inverted
sideband) with the VLBA to facilitate RDBE PFB runs. May 2, 2011 RCW
- Change manual to correct the default PRESTART from 0 to 5 seconds
reflecting recent code changes. April 1, 2011. RCW.
- Upcase the name of a pointing center group so there aren't
case sensitivities in the selection of such groups. Mar. 18, 2011 RCW.
- Cause the .sch file to be written when geodetic segments are
requested. This makes it easy to reproduce segments created when
they are desired in another segement, such as when making files to
test new backends. The change in frequencies can cause freshly
created segments to be different due to the frequency dependent flagging
of sources close to the Sun. March 16, 2011 RCW.
- Modify the calculations of the pointing offsets due to rotation
changes for ROT patterns. Those calculations had been based on
incorrect rotation positions. Feb. 22, 2011 RCW. Later made some
corrections to the accounting for the circular feed circle. The
errors had been causing problems with rotation patterns at lower
frequencies. July 2011 RCW.
