Dear colleague,

This message is to inform you that we have not yet noticed your registration form in our latest update of registrations for the "X-ray and Radio Connections" meeting.

We are sending you this reminder as the early registration deadline is approaching rapidly (December 1st) and because the Thanksgiving holiday is coming up. It is also important to make your hotel reservation to obtain the conference rate. Please note that we expect the hotel to fill completely and other hotels in the down town area will be considerably more expensive. So if you plan to attend, please complete the hotel reservation and meeting registration before December first. (see http://www.aoc.nrao.edu/events/xraydio/registration.shtml). You could also contact us if you want to share a room (xraydio@aoc.nrao.edu).

Because the "X-Ray and Radio Connections" meeting does not have extensive financial support, the meeting cost must be covered by the registration fees. Therefore everyone is asked to pay the registration fee, including speakers and the scientific organizing committee. We have a limited amount of funding from NRAO designated for graduate students and postdocs. If some assistance will allow you to attend, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably before 26 November) at xraydio@aoc.nrao.edu. We regret that we will not be able to support all requests for funding.

Note that the deadline for abstracts is December 10th.
