Registration & Abstract Submission
Pre-registration (by Feb 03)
Pre-register simply by sending your name and affiliation (as you want it to
appear on the badge) to "pdsym2012 at aoc.nrao.edu".
Please indicate if you like to give a talk or not. Also please let us know
if you plan to attend the EVLA dedication ceremony on March 31. Upon
sending us an email to pre-register, we STRONGLY recommend to fill out a
reservation form online for the NRAO Guest House at the
NRAO Business Office
System webpage as soon as possible (rooms can be filled up quickly
at the guest house).
Registration (by Feb 17)
Confirm your attendance by sending an email to "pdsym2012 at
aoc.nrao.edu". Please include your travel information (arrival and
departure dates), and specific dietary requirements (if any). You can already
send the title (and abstract) of your talk if you have one (does not have to
be the final version).
Abstract Submission (by March 09)
Send your talk title and abstract (preferably
in latex format) to pdsym2012 at aoc.nrao.edu

Accommodation
Symposium participants are responsible for making a reservation at the NRAO
Guest house. Fill out a reservation form through the NRAO Business Office System webpage. Please state that you are
attending the NRAO postdoctoral symposium on the reservation form and give the
dates you will need housing.
Rooms at the NRAO guest house can be filled up quickly. Check Alternative Accommodation in Socorro if you do not get a reservation at the NRAO guest house.
