public class Logo
extends javax.swing.JLabel

A Logo GUI component. This is a JLabel represented as an ImageIcon created from an image whose name is supplied at instantiation time. It is called Logo becuase it is used to place the WIDAR logo on the GUIs but it can used with any image.

Logo

public Logo(java.lang.String imageName)

Create a logo.

Parameters:

imageName - The name of the image from which to create the logo. The image must be in the classpath.

Logo

public Logo(java.lang.String imageName,
            int width,
            int height)

Create a logo of a specified size. The height and/or width of the logo image can be specified. If both height and width are positive values, the image will be scaled to those values. If either are a negative value, the aspect ratio of the image will be maintained while sizing to the non-negative value. If both height and width are negative, the original size of the image will be used.

Parameters:

imageName - The name of the image from which to create the logo. The image must be in the classpath.

width - the desired image width in pixels or -1 to maintain aspect ratio when size is specified by height

height - the desired image height in pixels or -1 to maintain aspect ration when size is specified by width
