Registration is now open. There will be a registration fee for the workshop. The registration fee for the workshop is 120.00 USD. For some needy students, we may be able to waive the registration fee. If you are a student, please do NOT complete step 2 below until we ask you to do so.
There are two parts to registration. First, we need to gather some information. Second, we need for you to pay the registration fee. Your registration is not considered complete until the registration fee is paid. If you are interested in coming, please complete step 1. The deadline for payment and registration is May 4, 2009. If you have completed step 1, but not step 2, we will send you a reminder of payment on April 20.
