How to Pay for Registration

There are two ways to pay for registration:

1. Print this form, fill out the credit card information (MasterCard, Visa) and fax it to us. (The form has the correct fax information.) You may also call the receptionist at the main desk in Socorro (1 575 835 7000) and transmit your credit card information in that way.

2. Send a check, drawn on a US bank, payable to NRAO, to:

P.O. Box O
Socorro, New Mexico 87801

Make sure there is a notation on the check such as "Registration for EVLA Stars Workshop."
