Release of 16 October 2001.
- Change OK modes to include 512 Mbps modes for VLBA systems.
Note that such modes for Mark IV processed in Socorro will
still require MODETEST be specified. This will be
changed once the modes have been checked out. Also, there
are some two head (tape), 256 Mbps that are not yet approved
but will be. 26 Feb 2001 RCW.
- Add the .oms output file type to pass information to the
VLBA correlator bookkeeping system. 1 March 2001 RCW.
- Modify the warnings concerning autoallocation depending
on which correlator is specified. There are now 4 cases;
VLBA where autoallocation is wanted, JIVE where is is
prohibited, Haystack where it is allowed, and others where
the user is asked to be sure. Correlators can be moved
easily between the cases.
15 March 2001.
- When warning about the first output scan being before the
first input scan, note that this might be due to a pointing
scan if AUTOPEAK was requested. 19 Mar 2001 RCW.
- Make rotation/focus patterns possible at 13, 6, and 4 cm.
9 April 2001 RCW.
- Clean up some logic in OPTMODE = SCANS so that the
experiment will start at the start time of the first scan
even if several scans are skipped at the start, as long
as scan times are allowed to vary. 19 April 2001 RCW.
- Add PN3DB pointing, including the OPMISS optimization
parameter. 20 April 2001 RCW.
- Move warning about tape kept moving from each page of summary
to earlier station summary information section. 23 April 2001
RCW.
- Make warning about multiple stations with same code more clear.
Specifically suggest using station name. 30 April 2001. RCW.
- Restrict a Mark IV station to 8 VCs when 1:4 fanout is being
used because of a hardware restriction. The BBC (VC) defaulting
code was changed. 22 May 2001 RCW.
- Fix formatting of the two head version of HEAD_POS section in
VEX file and relaxed constraints on patching for MkIV
19 Sept 2001 Huib
- Fix problem in scan duplication routine that can prevent proper
action when explicit tape changes are requested. 4 Oct 2001 RCW.
- Made sure a single source can be used with more than one of the
alias names in the VEX file. Longitudes now show sign part in
source comment. Fix error handling in CHK4DAR.
5 Oct 2001 Huib
- Fix head positions to use for Mark IV 2 head operation.
9 Oct 2001 RCW/Huib
- Took out warnings on 40 and 66 ips on MkIV receorders 10 Oct
2001 Huib
- Stopped spurious warning about overlapping frequencies when
doppler requested on sources with no velocities. 11 Oct 2001 RCW
- Fix problem with track assignments when using setup files with
different normal passes per head position. Forced all setups
to use the same number of passes per head position. This had
been done before, but in a different way that allowed bad track
assignments to be made that could overwrite data. 11 Oct 2001 RCW
- Added SAVE statement in JPLEP2 to allow planet pointing observations
scheduled under Linux. 15 Oct 2001 RCW
