 - UV-plane continuum subtraction
 - calibrator: scan based solution intervals

I also want to respond to Joe McM's comment to defect AOCso03631,
which concerned errors I was getting with msplot. He said to use
the viewer for this instead, so I will try that.

Usng my standard single IF D-array HI datacube of NGC4038/9.

First ran through specline_doall.g (doesn't use new
continuum subtraction methods): still works.
Note the following:

 - No longer get the error reported in AOCso03631
   (msplot doesn't show corrected data)
 - ms.ptsrc still gives incorrect values for data with
   only one stokes parameter present.

Now, lets go through step by step, using Ch1 of GRVol3
(VLA specific processing).

bugged ms.ptsrc (fldid instead of fieldid; example wrong,
assumes LL=0 if its missing) =>AOCso04639

viewer works well for tvflg-like display; requested: 
  1) selection by fieldid; 
  2) flag across fieldid
  3) plot against uvdist

That's as far as I got in november; didn't pick this up again
until March 2004. So TBC.
