VLBA Calibrators List

The VLBA Calibrator Source List is currently in an update phase, so expect frequent changes and additions. Please don't hesitate to let us know of any problems or omissions you encounter.

This is a test version of the Calibrator Search Tool that serves as an interim tool until the final Java-based search tool is built. The requirements on the final search tool are listed by Greg Taylor in his document.

The calibrator sources accessed here contain sources from : 

  - the ICRF Ext. 1 source list, 667 sources :
    
     + 644 ICRF sources having the offical ICRF positions,

     + 23 ICRF sources with GSFC solutions observed as part of the
       VLBA Survey,
  
  - 1355 sources from the VLBA Survey,

  - 812 JVAS sources and 222 VLA Calibrator sources
