My 1990 twin-exhaust model is updated [Ap & SS 172, 109]. The ribbon of falling high-velocity clouds in the upper Galactic hemisphere can be traced back to Sgr A, via the approaching 21 cm `jet' of Burton & Liszt (1978) and a nested set of four parallel `chimneys', and further to Sgr A* via Sgr A East and Sgr A West. Lower spectral turnovers of Sgr A East, A West, and A* are interpreted as Razin cutoffs. Five stars near Sgr A* show blown-off windzones, including IRS 7.
