New Mexico except Socorro County in 2007

These are pictures taken with my new Canon digital (8 Megapixel) camera, mostly with a 70-300 mm zoom lens (effective 110-480 mm). I sometimes add a doubler although auto-focus does not work on the full magnification. I also sometimes use a small scenery lens (18-55 mm, effective 29-88mm). The latter allows digi-scoping, although I am not very good at it yet.
