IMAGING CONCERNS (1)

• Obtain good UV coverage if source complex

• Edit carefully

• Use many cells per beam FWHM (~5)

• Place strong point source on a cell

• Don’t omit negative CLEAN components

  • Needed to represent off-cell emission

• Don’t use too large a CLEAN window

• Don’t use 16 bit integers

• Know the theoretical noise level

• Beware of confusing sources
