Help on help
To obtain help on a given topic and/or subtopic;
- first, select a topic (click on the topic list item),
- then select a subtopic (if appropriate).
- The help text will then be shown in the scrolling Browser.
The JObserve Help Browser is an html Browser can follow links or surf the net.
The browser has the following controls:
- Back button - Display the previous page
- Forward button - Retraces the path of the Back button
- Reload - rereads the current page
- Print - print the current page (caveat emptor)
- a field for entering a URL, hit Return/Enter to activate.
Note: not all Web functions are implemented in this browser; the ones known
not to work are given in the following:
- mailto - You cannot send mail.
