The full JObserve working environment (User Default List, Observe List, etc.) can be restored from a previously-used, saved working environment by selecting
File --> Restore working environment
NOTE: the act of selecting Restore working environment in JObserve version 1.6.5 clears the current working environment, if there is one, even if you subsequently select Cancel. Be sure to save the current working environment before restoring another working environment.
JObserve can also read inputs from Observe files, if those files were produced by Observe or JObserve.
Lists can be saved (and read) individually using
File --> Save/Read lists
The lists are named as follows:
<filename>.SET - Starting Conditions<filename>.IDL - Initial Default Scan
<filename>.UD - User Defaults
<filename>.OOL - Observe List
<filename>.SL - Source List
<filename>.CL - Paste List
