OFFHUINT: Proc which restores TV functions to normal after TVHUE
TVCHAN          0.0      4444.0    TV channel(s) selection
                                      coded as for TVHUEINT:
                                      10 * Int. channel + Hue
                                      channel.  0 => 12.
          Proc sets TVCHAN to the Hue channel and turns that
          channel on with normal transfer functions.

Type:  Procedure
Use:   Sets TV channel LUTs to normal linear functions after
       use of the verb TVHUEINT (output = input).
Adverbs:
  TVCHAN......Specifies TV channel(s) as 10 * channel for
              Intensity + channel for Hue.  TVCHAN is set
              to the Hue channel by the procedure and that
              channel is turned on with normal LUTs.
