COLORS         0.0        3.0      TV colors to turn on
TVCHAN         1.0     4444.0      TV channels(s) to turn on
                                     four-decimal coded numbers

OFFROAM
Type:  Procedure
Use :  To clear the TV from a "Roam" state after running TVROAM,
       SETROAM, or REROAM.  It turns off all scrolls and turns
       on only the planes specified by TVCHAN.
Arguments:  None.
Adverbs:
  TVCHAN.......The TV channel(s) to be left on.
