Meeting Preparation
Prospective attendees were encouraged to have a look at the documents below prior to the start of the meeting.
The Meeting
We had a much bigger crowd than usual, which meant only one thing could happen: the tool would crash a lot. Earlier in the day we had installed the "print" capability for scheduling block summaries and updated webtest. Later in the day Brian found and fixed a problem with the interaction between the new print feature and existing code. We did not, though, update webtest again prior to the meeting, hence the frequent crashing.
The meeting consisted of reading the issues found in item #1 in the above section and discussing their symptoms, causes, importance, and possible solutions. That document has been updated to contain comments from the meeting. Time ran out before we could prioritize the items, but the programming staff already knows that it will be working on some of the items right away. In next week's meeting we will add new items and prioritize those that have not yet been addressed.
