Email from Brian Truitt regarding SSS meeting on 2008-05-27:

went fairly well and uneventful.  What I came away with that was probably
the most important was that everyone seemed to agree that supporting
"on source" time in the OPT was a critical requirement even for this
Ka-band observing and that after this June proposal deadline,
the openskies folks will be ready to help us out on
authentication / authorization.

I sent them off to do their worst to the SCT, but OPT has issues that
will prevent them from creating even a single scan, so they won't touch
that for now.
