The meeting consisted of Brian demonstrating the latest updates to
the web applications.  The following is a list of suggestions made
by the attendees.

* OPT "New Scan" submenu: need something more descriptive than "IP"
  for interferrometric pointing scans.

* Make Observe Target the default scan intent for Standard scan mode.

* Default VLA correlator integration time s/b 3.3s.

* Selecting inst cfg to use for a scan: in add'n to having a "Change" button,
  have some way of saying "use same thing as Scan Abc is using".

* On the RCT summary page:
  + Do not allow receiver band to be changed
  + Add a comments column

* When a user has no (source or inst cfg) catalogs, should we automatically
  create one for them?  Issue: seeing "you have no catalogs" can be jarring.

* The latitude / longitude and time values suffer from the
  too-many-digits-after-the-decimal-point problem.

* It would be nice to have some of the same reports that JObserve has. This
  was in the context of viewing the Scheduling Block summary table of scans.

* Errors were different colors on the generate script tab v.s. the
  sched. block summary tab.

* After getting errors on SB summary tab, selecting a different tree node
  repeated those same errors even though you weren't looking at the page
  anymore.

* Put more interesting columns of the SB summary first

* Move the scroll bars in SB summary page so that you can still see the column
  headers when scrolling.

* The start time is not updating correctly in the SB summary page.

* In the resource import dialog, changing groups didn't change the resource list
  (already fixed).

* Errors importing a newly created resource (already fixed).
