Hardware Configuration: Basebands, Subbands, Correlator
  
  The following items were given by Lorant:

    * Need to be able to copy subbands

    * Want to be able to label subbands

    * Want the 128MHz boundaries displayed

    * Need ability to manipulate many subbands at once

  Other items:

    * Should be able to toggle display of some kinds of data on/off:
        + Spectral lines
        + Atmospheric transmission


Observation Preparation Tool

  We will go ahead and use a tree view for the structure
  of a project (program blocks, scheduling blocks, scan loops,
  scans).
