Registration Fee Payment Instructions
Registration for the School will not be considered complete until payment
of the registration fee has been received. If we have not received
your payment by 1 May 2010 then your name may be dropped from the list
of registered participants to enable other people to attend. Please contact
Amy Mioduszewski
if your circumstances make payment by May 1st difficult. The registration
fee is $200 if paid before May 1; after May 1 the late registration fee
will be $250, assuming space is still available. Payment of the registration
fee must be in US$. Payment options include:
- Credit cards (Visa or Mastercard): Fill in this form and FAX (575-835-7027, Attention: SOC Receptionist) it to the SOC Receptionist.
You may also phone the receptionist with the information at 575-835-7000.
The SOC reception is open weekdays 8:00am-12noon and 1:00pm-5:00pm MT.
- Personal checks drawn on a U.S. bank: send to SOC Receptionist,
NRAO, P.O. Box O, Socorro NM 87801. Make sure it is clear the check is for
the workshop registration fee and include a contact phone number.
- Travelers checks: send to SOC Receptionist,
NRAO, P.O. Box O, Socorro NM 87801. Make sure it is clear the check is for
the workshop registration fee and include a contact phone number.
Cash may be used only if paying at the meeting by prior agreement.
Purchase orders will not be accepted. Refunds will be given,
less a $10 processing fee, until 28 May 2008.
After 28 May, no refunds will be possible. Please contact SOC receptionist
by phone 575-835-7000 or
e-mail if you have difficulties.
The registration fee covers
NRAO provided transportation, a copy of ASP Vol. 180, use of the
New Mexico Tech swimming pool and gym, snacks during the morning and
afternoon breaks on lecture days, the reception, lunches on the
tutorial days, the Workshop dinner, the cookout and
pool party on Saturday, and a sack lunch at the EVLA after the tour.
