Abstract Submission (by April 24)
Send your abstract (in latex format) to
vstrazzu at nrao.edu or pdsym09 at aoc.nrao.edu
Registration (by March 27)
Confirm your attendance by sending an email to "pdsym09 at
aoc.nrao.edu".
Pre-registration (by Feb 20)
Pre-register simply by sending your name and affiliation (as you want
it to appear on the badge) to "pdsym09 at aoc.nrao.edu". Please
indicate if you like to give a talk or not. You can already send the title
of your talk if you have one (does not have to be the final version).
Upon sending us an email to pre-register, we STRONGLY recommend to fill out a
reservation form for the NRAO Guest House at
"NMRESERVE" webpage
as soon as possible (rooms can be filled up quickly at the guest
house).
