We will have two laptops avaiable for oral presentations: one Windows and one MacOSX. We will be able to handle the following formats: Power Point 2003 (Windows), Power Point 2004 (Mac), PDF (Windows or Mac), Open Office (Mac), and Keynote (Mac).

In order to keep the meeting running smoothly, we will NOT be able to accommodate personal laptops; you will have to ftp your presentation in time for it to be loaded and tested here.

How to ftp to us: (1) make sure your presentation is labelled with your name; (2) ftp to ftp.aoc.nrao.edu; (3) login as anonymous; (4) cd to incoming/nmsymposium; (5) upload your talk.

PLEASE UPLOAD your talks by 8 AM, Wednesday, 22 October. This will give us time to load and test them, and get back to you if there are any problems.
