This is the registration form for the Socorro, NM conference on Gas and Galaxy Evolution, to be held 21-24 May 2000.

THE CONFERENCE IS NOW ENTIRELY FULL. Any further registrations will be added to a waiting list; we will contact those on the list if and as those already registered drop out. See the list of registered participants to discover whether you are already registered. Spaces have also been reserved for invited speakers and SOC/LOC members.
