Latest Results from the Cosmic Background Imager

Since January 2000, the Cosmic Background Imager (CBI) has been observing from the ALMA site in Chile with the goal of measuring the angular power spectrum of anisotropy in the Cosmic Microwave Background on scales from 5 to 30 arcminutes. Beyond our first results reported in a recent ApJ letter (1 March 2001), we are currently analyzing the first full year and more of data. A number of technical aspects of CBI data reduction and progress on analysis of the CMB and Sunyaev-Zeldovich data will be discussed, along with comparison with results from other recent and current CMB programs.
