I present the results of a survey which utilizes the NICMOS/HST Camera 3 Parallel grism and imaging observations of random fields. The NICMOS spectroscopic observations at 1.6 microns are used to study the galaxy population at redshifts of 1 < z < 2. The H and J band direct imaging data have yielded a sample of extremely red galaxies.
