¥CPCCs
are the Correlator Power Control Computers.
–Two of them run in parallel for redundancy
¥Every
command sent to one is mirrored to the other
–At least one CPCC must be running to keep power applied to the
correlator boards
¥If they both should ÔdieÕ, power to all boards
will be removed
at once (bad), all rack fans will go to high speed and all 4 HVACs
will be turned ON.
¥One
CPCC is powered by A/C mains via UPS
¥The
other is powered by -48VDC via inverter
